- Returns on merchandise must be made WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase and should be accompanied by a copy of your receipt.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact. We cannot accept returns on items if the tags have been removed.
- We cannot accept returns if the product(s) are damaged or mistreated due to improper packaging. If your item was shipped in a box, please pack it in a box (and not an envelope) for returns. If the item(s) arrive crushed, bent, or have been destroyed in any way we cannot issue proper credit. Please package the items with care to ensure safe delivery back to us.
- Your returned item must reach us in the original condition in which it was shipped. All product(s) must be free from any tear, stains or odors.
- We want to give you a FULL credit for the item you are returning, but for quality control purposes, any returned items will be inspected carefully before we issue credits. This policy insures that all customers will receive a clean, unused, perfect item with every order they place.
- Any item that does not meet the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. Please do not send back items that you have had for over 30 days or items that are damaged.
- We offer no hassle refunds on the purchase price of any item, as long as the above guidelines are followed. You may also exchange the returned product for other merchandise.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Customers call our office 1-435-652-4340 before any merchandise is returned to us. (With the exception of the Reflex Tool which must be returned to J-Tech Medical.)
- If one of our products fails due to workmanship or materials we will replace it at no charge. In such an event we will make the sole determination as to the cause of the product failure.
- All sales of products are final.
